Judas tree flourish by the spring’s arrival. It is known elegant and noble yet delicate with its flowers.

It is called “Judas Tree” in English and “Alberta di Giuda” in Latin languages. It is originally from Palestine. At first the flowers of this tree were white. The story goes back 1980 year from today to Israel’s land.

In Palestine, Jesus and 12 apostles were having supper. Jesus felt one of his apostles may be unfaithful to him. After his last supper due to apostle Yehuda’s whistle blowing to Roman army for 30 silver coins, Jesus was captured, sentenced to death and crucified. Yahuda felt very guilty of what he has done and hang himself to a brunch of a Judas tree. At that moment the Judas tree was very embarrassed and all its flowers turned pink and all the Judas trees dried because of this embarrassment. No Judas tree lives in that area anymore. The Judas trees cannot face the heat and dry land of Palestine anymore and decided to live and console themselves in the magnificent blue and green of Istanbul. They forgot their embarrassment and became the colour of love, excitement and joy to the extent of becoming a subject to many poems from the ancient times to Divan literature and today’s day. They also became the symbol of Istanbul same as tulips. The Judas tree’s flowers appear and disappear suddenly. This makes people sad. It reminds them the contrast of become and be gone, reunite and breakaway. Flowers delicate as a sweetheart; difficult to obtain and difficult to keep. This momentary flowering inspire many poets and they wrote many poems about Judas flowers.

Our Magic Flowers is powered by a groovy scientific phenomenon called 'capillary action'. Thanks to capillary action, paper absorbs water very rapidly. When paper gets wet, it swells which causes the folded petals of our Magic Flowers to open up.

When paper comes into contact with water, the incredible power of capillary action quickly draws water into all these small spaces. It is because water is slightly more attracted to the wood fibers than to itself. The same principle helps trees and plants lift water from the roots to the leaves. The sun provides that extra touch of lift required by the evaporation of water from tiny holes in the leaves called stomata.

Let's plan our Spring with ScratchJr and Coding ...ScratchJr is the environment for visual programming, intuitive and fun, more suitable for those who do not yet know how to read and write. Coding is a skill that develops computational thinking in children, triggering a logical-creative process that allows you to break down a complex problem into different parts, to face it more easily, one piece at a time. ... Well, coding indicates computational thinking.

Among the most anticipated events of late spring, it is worth rediscovering the spectacular tradition of the Infiorate.

Cities that are filled with flowers and flowers that become works of art. In late spring, some Italian cities offer a unique and suggestive spectacle: that of the infiorate. Born in Rome, in the first half of the seventeenth century, as an expression of the so-called floral festival, this ancient decorative tradition has been transformed into an open-air museum that attracts thousands of tourists from all over Italy and the worldHe rushes to admire the streets of the historic centers covered with carpets of flower petals, which represent symbols, coats of arms or religious figures, depending on the city: Genzano, Spello, Noto, Fucecchio, even in some towns of Calabria ...

Our Infiorata created with the magic of colored salt ...

Van Gogh's "Peach Tree in Bloom" ......Van Gogh has written spring trees in bloom more than once, but the painting “Peach Tree in Bloom” is considered the best in this series...... In Spring, the blue sky is triggered by the yellow-green light colors of the earth. In the background you can see trees and the reddish color of their branches indicates that the shoots have already begun ...

Kandinsky: His palette is full of music and bright colors. Why music? Because music, like abstract art, is able to convey emotions and sensations, without resorting to the representation of reality!

 OUR HOLİ FESTIVAL🔅

Undoubtedly one of the most colorful festivals in the world, Holi is celebrated by Hindus in Northern India. As a reference to Hindu mythology, colored powders that contain many shades of the spring season are thrown into each other. The festival, which usually lasts all day and night, is a glorious and colorful celebration of the end of winter and spring. We celebrated this festival, which is celebrated in March, with colorful papers in April. They had a lot of fun, met a spring cultural event; when I grew up, I gave them to go to the truth as a post-dated homework.

Sakura blossoms bloom in the last week of March and the first week of April, and this period is considered sacred in Japan. So much so that after the weather, a "Sakura Condition" is given. "Sakura Zensen" celebrated with two-week festivals in 11 cities, It symbolizes a new beginning in life in Japanese culture. Its flowers bloom slowly but it falls off very quickly. It heralds the beginning of life, that is the spring, and symbolizes its inevitable end. Although it is the harbinger of spring in Japan, it expresses the union of life and death in literature as it falls from its branches before it fades.

     Spring in the Deserts

I said will there be spring in the desert. They said no. I showed an example from the smart board, they were surprised. I brought sea sand to the classroom. We thought of it as a desert. First they gathered the desert flowers. Then they afforested the desert. They examined the sand. We made a plastic bottle (recycling 1) hourglass with that sand. Then I told about Sand Lily; They learned what is endemic, we will pay a penalty if we break it off. Tomorrow we will build a sand castle Result: There will be spring in the desert. Question: Does it happen at the poles? They said no. Snowdrop came to my mind. Let this subject be left to another spring🤣
